PROJECT PROPOSAL

Project Overview

The Main Objective of the Project is to allow automatic refresh to update new data from linked .csv file into excel every x seconds, this frequency should be pro grammatically without refreshing whole excel-sheet, and Main Features of the program are listed below.

1 MAIN FEATURES.

1. Allow user to set default auto update time in seconds in settings for excel sheets.

2. Allow user to set list or select which worksheet in workbook to update.

3. Insert only New Data from .csv file, not to reload all the data again as it will create more calculations.

4. The coding has to be efficient and fast, with not much load on processor.

I will provide sample excel file and sample .csv file. The csv file gets inserted data every x seconds by 3rd party program. this file should be updated every x seconds in excel sheet. without reloading the whole data. The only new data which is inserted in csv file should get refreshed.
