Need an excel software which will include employee logins. The idea is that the employee should be able to log in ideas for process improvement.
It will work like when an employee will login to this portal, he will need to first check if the idea he wants to upload has already been logged in by other user or not. Only after a search, the employee will be able to log in his ideas. The majaor challenge is to avoid duplicacyof ideas.
The excel software should be able to get reports as which idea has been implemented and which on is in pending and will also be able to generate a report of the number of ideas given by a particular employee.
