Write some basic maths questions

I need a freelancer to MAKE some basic maths questions for 14 year olds.
The text book is attached below:

There are 11 chapters.
I have attached EXAMPLES of HOW I WANT THE BOOKS made.
For EACH CHAPTER, I need:
1. Notes - This is the explanations for the chapter. It will include formulas, explanations to the formulas, 3-4 examples of how to use the formula, and any hints and tips
2. Homework Questions - This will have 30 Questions, with increasing difficulty to the level described, the questions will cover all the formulas in that chapter.
3. Class work - This will have 20 questions that will again, vary in difficulty and cover all the various types of examples covered in that chapter.
Must include graphs/tables/images as required, which can be obtained from google.
This is very a very simple task, once chapter can be done in 1 hour easily. This task can be completed in a day or two.
