ebay templates matching company profile

I am looking for a freelancer who is capable of creating a eBay listing template and store template that will be similar to eforcity using my company's colors and information. This template will be used with my ChannelAdvisor account so the template must be functional within that program. Freelancer must have experience doing this type of project before. Freelancer must message me the similar project that he has completed as example of his work.

The freelancer must add tabs with the following links: About Us, Payment, Our Store, and Shipping Tab but with a different graphic. These tabs must be similar to this website, [login to view URL] Freelancer must create these small graphics and implement them. Please make sure to use my logo and website color when creating the tabs and graphics.

Under the Tabs, the Freelancer must also design 4 images that are similar to the images displayed on the eforcity listing template above. I am referring to the "Ship within 2 hours," "Free Shipping within the US," "3 Million Feedback...", and "Hot Deals" images. I will use different words within the images but I will need 4 of them with similar graphics. Please be creative in creating the images.

Please ignore the 12th Anniversary image and the banner to the right of it as this will not be needed.

The images and links on the left side will be needed, however, I will supply you with the images that will be placed there. The freelancer must only implement them into the template and link them appropriately. He must also add a search box above the links that will search within my store.

I would like a similar table set-up as show in the eforcity listing template. Example, images of item on the left, small description on the right, and additional description below the images and small description.

I will like to place a large banner below the categories and table as shown in the eforcity listing template. I am referring to the Hot Deals large banner on the bottom. I will create the large banner and the freelancer will have to implement it and link it to the store.

I will also need a payment methods and terms and conditions box as shown in the eforcity listing template. Please copy their boxes and we will modify it accordingly. I will need the freelancer's assistance for some of the image modifications.

I would like to use my company colors throughout the store template.
