Add framework/panel to my website with live data

I already have webpages. Now I want to put it in a framework like CakePHP or Laravel. If visitor on my website enters data, i want to see it in my panel (live!! So with ajax. I dont want to refresh page). Also I want to enter data in panel that visitor will see on webpage. And I want to create/delete different accounts in the panel with its own login details. Also the panel should be accessible with mobile. Please read my requirements carefully!!
