3 Affiliate Landing Pages With Registration Form Implemented

ATTENTION!!!!: We will ignore bids from people who have not read our description, who have not viewed our 3 examples that we've posted below, and those who provide broken links/expired URL's. Bidders who don't provide examples of similar landing pages will also be ignored. BE PROFESSIONAL and avoid AMATEUR things like this.

We need the following done for our website's marketing/advertising needs:

1. About 3-5 fully designed landing pages designed to our specifications. These landing pages will be comparison pages and will be used for A/B testing purposes for when we advertise and market our website.

2. Some landing pages will have a registration form that will need to be coded and implemented into the site's database.

3. Other landing pages will have our Special Offer than the user can purchase.

4. A video may need to be coded and implemented into some of the landing pages.

5. Some landing page will need to have automatic simulations of some squares being clicked and people winning prizes - these will automatically be refreshed every time there is a winner. This will be explained in more detailed if you are confused.

6. We will need the PSD documents delivered to us upon completion. Must include all layers, images, folders, etc...
