Brouchure Template in a4 Word - (2 x templates in totol same layout just two differen colours.

Branded brochure template in word (logo attached). Colour/branded first and last page, with alignment of text colour to brand for headings and sub headings in the middle pages. A document that front and back pages , middle pages text can be added and once done pdf'd.
I have attached an example of (orange document)- the front and back pages can be like this just in my company colours i.e. 1 x green, 1x blue).
Design details as follows:
• Two colours (so two templates) – one the green and one the blue of engage logo (logo attached).
Front page:
o Logo top right in white.
• The fornt page is full colour (engage green or blue) with a detail patterns similar to the sample (orange document) but making sure that the pattern stops allowing space for me to type over in white
- with space to write a heading in white text in a text box (similar to the orange document that says resilience mindset)
Back Page is in full colour (engage green or blue):
o Just the ‘e’ logo in white (see the pic from an old brochure I had.) but have it so its on the left bottom of centre.
o Bottom right the 'bottom logo' at the bottom of my letter head.. so the EMCC, Psychometric Centre and logos. (But in white).
o Then enough space for me to type in white.
• Pages 2 +3 (and easily able to add apges).
o Font verdana title size 28, and sub title 22 (in the colour of the logo…i.e. green for the green one, and blue for the blue one).
o No actual content as it’s a template.
On the inside pages i.e. 2 and 3
It will have
Sample Main Heading (Verdana 28 in engage green or blue)
Verdana 12 in black
Sample Sub Heading (Verdana 20 in engage green or blue)
Verdana 12 in balck.
