This will be a top-end, optimised site designed for substantial traffic whereby 100's of simultaneous video uploads is expected worldwide. translatable to all languages. No hosting is required.
Below is an extremely summarised description of the sites features. A detailed brief will be issued to the successful short-list of web-programmers who can review the brief and adjust their bid if necessary.
Features to include: integrated video editing software (basic editing tools to edit length/formats/transitions, mute function etc)
All videos to be stored on our servers (NO YouTube/Vimeo etc integration)

The Various pages will have the basics.
The site will have various types of users:
*UserT1 - will register their profile and upload listings. UT1's will have a user-interface/dashboard to view/edit their profile/listings, view/reply/send messages. UT1's can upload multiple listings. and upgrade their profile (PayPal interface)
*UserT2 will register their profile and search listings. UT2's will have a user-interface/dashboard to view/edit their profile, view/reply/send messages, upload "position" consisting of various applicants. UT2's can upload multiple positions. UT2 can purchase tokens from their dashboard (PayPal integration).
*AdminT1 - (multiple users) Back-office dashboard designed to handle the day to workings of the website. Messages, editing/approving listings, messages/live support etc.
*AdminT2 - (multipal users) Back office dashboard designed for management. Delegation of admin roles, sub-regions. Summary reports of AdminT1, sales, analytics of current region.
*AdminT3 - (multiple users) Back office dashboard designed for IT staff. Alter fields, optimisation of the site etc. cannot disrupt/access code without AdminT4 approval.
*Admin T4 - Back office dashboard designed for senior management. Delegation of admin roles, regions. Summary reports of AdminT1s, AdminT2, AdminT3. Summary reports of sales, analytics. etc. IT authorisation to primary functions of the site.
