I need a teaching website built and designed with the following components:
-a way for customers to upload word docs and for these to be returned to the customer in a word doc through the site
-a way for customers to connect with teachers via skype (or similar) and for that to be timed by the minute and then automatically charged
-a way for customers to pay, including all the normal options such as credit card and paypal
-a way for me to take a percentage of that payment and for the rest to go to the teacher
-a page profiling the teachers
