Configure WordPress WPResidence Theme with additional plugins

I'm looking for someone to set up my website with the WPResidence theme and then configure the website adding a few of additional plugins/widgets. The first two additions that I would like: 1) When a user looking at a property listing, I would like them to be able to get turn by turn directions to the property. 2) When someone is adding a new property listing, I would like them to be able create a calendar that shows days & times when the property is available to be shown. 3) I'd like to add a video chat customer support option available in the sidebar both when a user is creating a listing and when someone is looking at a property listing page.
