Custom WordPress template and functionality

Code a WordPress template according to provided mock-up, keep it simple.
Lit of requirements:
1. New custom type: "/Gallery" with 2 taxonomy Artists and Category.
1.1 Taxonomies are mandatory for each post and the relationship is one at a time.
1.2 New Post format: "Bullets" which have a custom field called "bullets". This field should have a auto complete (jQuery) feature that display the titles of gallery entry's and post the link.
1.3 Featured check-box which insert posts in slider.
1.4 Custom Meta Box that accepts embed code
Index
2. slider with 5 entry's with overlay that contain the title and first paragraph of content (~200 characters)
2.1 Display latest entry's of Gallery's and sort them (on the same page using jQuery) based on Categories.
2.2 Hover effect (using [url removed, login to view]) that display first paragraph or 200 characters incl. spaces
3. Single page (gallery)
3.1 Event when you tube video finish. If the post has custom field "bullet" completed, display a link and featured image
4. New Page template
4.1 Display post format "bullets" (described at 1.2) with pagination.
5. Blog
I will provide the mock-up and all clarification.
I'm looking for a passionate freelancer with background in building WordPress templates from scratch.
Please DON'T BID if you don't have relevant qualitative work.
I extended twice the duration of this project. It's because the mock-up it's still in progress.
