Ebook and cover creation

Use existing pdfs to compile/create an ebook. There are approximately 250 files where I want just one piece in the book (it's a weekly newspaper column, and I have pdfs of the completed page but not just the column). I would send them when necessary. The column could potentially be used in it's current format (as in, just clip that chunk out of the pdf) or the text could be reformatted into something a little nicer. I don't have a super clear vision on that part. I envision this as a simple project but could be convinced to make it something sexier if you've got a cool idea. I can send file samples when I get to my conputer.
