I run an online and physical discount store that buys product ina bulk mixed lot and then inventories the individual items tracking the retail value to determine our sales price. We sell on multiple channels and our prices often change for promotions and often while negotiating with our customer. I need an online Inventory tracker that calculates pricing and cost based upon a bulk mixed lot purchase and some data we enter. Data will be entered by 2 forms a “Pallet” form where we enter some information on the pallets we purchase and a “Item” Form where we enter the information for the items in the pallets. Pricing is negotiable on all of the items we sell so I need to be able to have a quick overview page that shows data at a quick glance as well as a search option for items. Once an item is purchased I will need to be able to mark it as such and set the price that it was sold at. I would also like to be able to enter some information about the person purchasing the item so that we have a customer database.
This website should have an easy to use interface.

I want to make sure it's understand exactly what I'm asking for. I need an independent website that has 2 form pages (Pallet form, Item Form), It will also have an overview page, a customer page, Items page and a customer page where it shows the applicable entries for each page. All pages need to be able to be edited, searched and filtered. I also need to click on an item after I search it on the item page and set it as "sold" or "unsellable" and enter the price it was sold for and the customer information I have listed.
