Modify the code of a wordpress plugin

Hi!
I have bought the Reviewer plugin ([url removed, login to view]) and I have installed it on my site. The problem is that the plugin allow user to only vote ONCE (and after that the vote form disappear).
I need someone who can modify th plugin's structure in order to allow users to modify their vote whenever they want :)
