Need A WordPress Expert - With Visual Composer & Design Exp.

Hello,
We need an expert in wordpress who knows how to work in Visual Composer (WP Bakery) - must be very familiar with WP Bakery (like an expert). We do not have time for you to learn WP Bakery - if you do not know WP Bakery and never used it - DO NOT APPLY AT ALL.
Also you need to know basics of Adobe Photoshop (CS5 or CS6) design. You no need to know the developer coding. Only coding you need to know is HTML and CSS.
The task that is assigned to you is clearly described in this video.

This is hourly paid project. Our budget is $2 per hour. If your price is higher then plese do not apply here.
We need you to work 4 days per week and 8 hrs per day minimum.
This project is spit into two sections... First section (1st mile-stone) is 3 hour work and you have to prove to us that you are capable and able of making this assignment with perfection and our satisfection.
If we like your work then you will be approved for 2nd mile-stone to continue working with us for 4 days by 8 hours per day.
Then if everything completed in perfect way then we will hire you again in weeks or months ahead for the same task to improve our other new pages on the same website.
