We will not tolerate hopeful bids and over promising as this project is extremely important. We require a website that is built tough and to last, built by people with 10+ years on-going experience. If we accept your bid, and find the contrary anywhere along the progress of the project, our agreement will be cancelled and you will be entitled to $0. So by bidding you understand and agree to this. We are tired of amateurs pretending or convinced they are professionals.
What will your team need?
1. Professional Design Team (10+ years experience minimum)

What do we need?
1. Full information on every person contributing to this project including names, ages and history (CV)
2. Skype access to speak to everyone involved.
3. Weekly updates and at times daily.
Why do we need this information?
1. Because if you can't provide it, your lying.
The website: The website is simplistic in idea but requires strength. It is a website where One party registers an account so that they may submit Listings with certain information and upload documents to that listing. A Second Party that also registers an account (that pay an ongoing subscription through a Payment Gateway) can search for these listings, and quote them. Simple enough? Let me continue. There is obviously an Admin side where all the reports are generated by producing statistics across the board (e.g. How many listings, how many visitors, how many quotes per day/week etc etc) Also the Admin side will have full control over the site.
