Database Sandbox Developer Needed

We are looking for someone with database development, technical documenting and webserver experience. We need a database sandbox environment created where business users can:

-log into a simple UI (userid and password capability) on the web and have the ability to query a database.

There needs to be at least 3 user levels:

-one that can only query a database, one that can insert data and query a database, one that can do all tasks to the database which includes changing user privileges and having read and write access to the data.

The database will have to be created on a Rackspace virtual machine. The database doesn't need to be populated but you must be able to show that it can be populated with no referential integrity problems. We are looking for about 5 tables.

1. Product table(ProductID, Name, Unit Cost, Sales Price), 2. Transaction table(TransactionID, EmployeeID, CustomerID, Product1, Product2, Product3, Product4, Product5, Product6, Product7, Product8, Product9, Product10, TotalPrice), 3. Employee table(EmployeeID, HireDate, DeptID, FirstName, LastName, Sex, BirthDate, College, GradSchool ), 4. Customer table (CustomerID, FirstName, LastName, Address, City, State, ZipCode ) 5. Department table(DeptID, Department Name)

TABLE JOINS

Transaction table(EmployeeID) = Employee table(EmployeeID)

Transaction table(CustomerID) = Customer table(CustomerID)

Employee table(DeptID) = Department table (DeptID)

There needs to be technical/user documentation which can be used to manage and use the sandbox environment.
