Fix an error on cookie alert on IE11

I have a simple snippet of code that shows cookie policy on a web page and hides/release cookies as the user click an accepted button or scroll the page.
Everything it's ok, but on Internet Explorer 11 it's not working. I need that you check the page and point me the changes I have to apply to the Javascript to make it works also on IE11.
I will not be able to give you the code or to change the code for tests, you will have to grab and deploy the page with JavaScript on a test server and apply to them the changes.
it's urgent, so please apply only if you are able to complete the job and proof results before Monday morning CET
