Spanish speaker for open an acount in "ebay like" web site

I would like to sell a product in a web site like ebay.
I need a spanish portuguese mother tongue person who wil assit me on open acount, advertise the product,set up the paypal for the payment recieved,
help me to gather info on delivery cost and all the information required for selling the product.
(A.)The detailed job :
The worker will be able to open an acount in the 14 web site in 14 countries:
Argentina,Brazil,Columbia,Costa rica,chile,dominican,ecuador,U.S,Mexico,Panama,Peru,Portugal,Urguay,Venezuela.
I will supply email and all required for open the acount.
Advertise the product with the information that I will supply.
The information on the product already exist in english and portuguese .
The worker will advertise the product with price and delivery cost and time of delivery from my country.
The worker will do the first acount online with teamviewer connected to me.
I use google translate and still the worker will help me and translate me any question I have on the web site,either online with teamviewer or by mail.
After setting up the acountns the worker will help me and support emails and question in the site and will send me in english and he will reply after my answer in spanish or portuguese by hours .Please send your hourly charge required.
(B.)
Beofre the job will begin I and I will accept the bid of the bidder.
The worker will do a small pilot for evaluation :
The worker will first set up a buyer acount for me to evaluate a product purchase and will help me online with a purchase of a product and send it to my country.
The worker will check if product can be sell from my country and supply from my country to each one of the 14 countries mentioned above and check the delivery copst and time.
The payment for the pilot will be with [url removed, login to view] payment methods after we will agree on the pilot bid for the pilot.
Please make a bid for this project : account setting till a product can be sell as detailed in (A.).
Please send your hourly cost for any assit and support after it with your bid.
Please send your small bid for the pilot (B.) with your bid of this project.
The worker will obligate to support on hourly payment till the end of the 50 products.
