I am interested in a low budget chat application that would work for iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod), Android & via the Web. The app should be able to be placed in both the AppStore & Google Play (Android Market). I would like to have a free ad supported version, & a paid ad-free version in both markets.
Also, this creation should work in a web browser. The user must register from either an iOS or Android device to use the web version (see attached photo). The web version should be ad supported only.
I am looking to get it with perhaps up to 25 lobbies, allow the master admin to select members to be moderators (temp ban problem members & delete inappropriate comments), &/or administrators (temp/perm ban problem members & delete inappropriate comments, add lobbies, change a persons profile picture to something appropriate, etc.), etc.
Each visitor must become a register user, which the user may upload 8-15 photos each. Users may upload files, pictures, voice clips, etc. Also, has a Private Message (inbox) option, Friends list, etc.
I have a remote server with CPanel & mySQL if that helps.
Attached are a few images of a mock-up of what I am aiming to get developed.
