Mobilt TV software

I need a mobile software which will work in maximum type of mobile phones, like Nokia, Samsung, Sony only. The software will fetch live TV program from TV channel's website and play it in Mobile phone. No TV channels will be hosted in our server all will be broadcast from TV channels websites directly. I will provide you the list of the website from which live TV program will be broadcast. I want a simple software which will fetch only TV program (if those are available in the website), it wouldn't be so complicated. Further details will be send later.
