Complete Website Design Integrated with my shopping cart.

My current site [login to view URL] (dot) com needs a complete overhaul. IMPORTANT: The site is run by Netsuite and therefore all pages can only be in HTML or Flash from what I understand. I prefer only those that have done Netsuite site implementations before bid on this project.

This is not just a redesign, I need a company that will do everything including installing all tags for product buying, shopping cart tags etc.. similar to what we have now on our site. Please do not bid if you are just planning on a redesign template as I want turn key. You make all the pages as found on the current site and make them so they work perfectly and work with our Netsuite backend.

I am looking for something different than what I have now. I want the site to of course be very attractive but also have some nice features including video, flash etc...
