Help preloading multiple FLV

Displaying multiple flv videos on webpage using special js scripts. Problem is, right now all videos must load to browser cache before first will start playing. Need to change this so that first video will load to cache and start playing while others are loading in background. Once all loaded, each video is timed to start after preceeding one ends. This part works fine.

Note: when 1st viewing webpage, if page is reloaded say after 5 sec or so, all videos run as they should.

All original videos are avi files encoded with Flash8 encoder, run through dreamweaver then object code is edited and copied into special js scripts which in turn display videos on page.
