URGENT PhoneGAP Expert to compile our HTMLs+API into IPA/APK

We are looking for an EXPERT to do minimal (but regular work) with our front end developer and our backend developer.

We have a set of HTML/CSS/JS files, written for mobile, and also API/Webservices ready to go. We need you, the Phonegap expert to glue both together and spit out a PROPER iPhone/Android application.

Note: we don't need agencies, we want REGULAR individual coders who can deliver! We will need proof of your work, including remote connecting to your computer through Teamviewer or skype screensharing and seeing you work and compile various previous projects you show us in your portfolio.

Only show us projects you are ready to show as a demo in the screensharing interview. This is URGENT, we need to pick someone before Thursday morning. The project is very simple, has about 7 screens, and as stated above, it will be moderate work, but it will be recurring, every week for the next 6 weeks. (We are following SCRUM methodology with our client, so this is semi long term)
