Mobile device notifications

Looking for a programmer that can do the following. When a visitor lands on our webpage on their mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Droid Phone or tablet) inform them that it is a lot easier downloading our app. When the visitor lands on our page via the iPad, they should be able to click on a link to the iPad app, When the visitor lands on our page via an iPhone, they should be re-directed to the iPhone app and when the mobile visitor lands on our website via the Droid app or tablet, they should be able to click on a link directing them to our app in Google Play.

There is one challenge however. Usually this code is placed in the "[url removed, login to view]" file. This way it doesn't matter what page they land on within the website, This creates an issue in our apps on the pages that use a web view. Within the apps are webviews to let's say a contact us form. When the app user clicks on this "web view" page they ALSO get re-directed to the download the app link.

Any freelancer bidding on this project can either use their own code or use the code we already have in place (but de-activated due to the error within the apps) and fix this on the webview pages. The code we used is called sniffer and was purchased here: [url removed, login to view]
