Build a Connector for Google Data Studio

We need to build a connector ([url removed, login to view]) for Google Data Studio to create a bridge with Facebook Ads ([url removed, login to view]).
There are similar tools in the Community Connectors like Supermetrics and we need to build something similar to this but a lot simpler. To start with we need metrics like:
- Engagements on Post
- Paid Reach
- Amount Spent
The Connector should be able to:
1) Connect with a Business Facebook Account
2) Choose an Ad Account
3) Get all the mentioned Insights for the Campaigns and Ads run for a given period of time.
4) Present these metrics in Google Data Studio
The project will start with these information and we are going to expand it afterwards with Facebook Page Insights and Facebook Public Data.
