I'd like you fix the webpage's design.
In the lisptutor folder, there are two html files.
One is "[login to view URL]" and the other is "[login to view URL]".
In this project, I'd like you to fix three things about its design of "[login to view URL]".
I draw the final image in the attached picture"[login to view URL]".
The specification is as below:
1. width ratio is : left : 25%, middle : 50%, left : 25%
2. If users scroll the window, the right pane will move and follow the middle content.
3. If we change the window's size, left and right pane will be hidden as buttons.
(maybe you can use bootstrap).
4. If users click the button, the code in the editor will be sent to the console and the value will be shown.
As for 4, you can refer to the "[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]" to implement this function.
