Email problems on dedicated server

I have a dedicated server running the latest Plesk on a Linux server. I have two issues:
1. My clients can inconsistently send out emails via their iPhone (timing out).
2. I'm using roundcube webmail and need the attachment limits bumped up from 5 mb to 50mob.

The first issue you have seems tricky since it is is mostlikely related to their own connection (hence the 'timed out') but we can check your mailserver logs to see if it shows any signs. The second one is easy enou 更多
