Android app for a restaurant ordering service

We need an app for ordering food from our restaurant. We already have online delivery system via our web site and facebook tab, but we want an android app too.
Something like these two apps:

But simpler.
So the the app would have categories of food, and meals.
For some of the meals there would be a choice of sauces and cutlery.
Also for all meals there will be a choice for an ammount, like this:

And there will be a one page check out.
This all will be connected to our existing ordering system by a third party.
