Arrange & configure IOS app to Ipad screen

Hi! I have ios app already. It's configured for the Iphone. I need it to be fit at Ipad. Rearrange it to fit Ipad screen. I also need the map building. A custom map should be created. Simple map - like ways, admin can change the colors, own map covering the world, can create own icons, colors on map, customizing map. It's a map for app like uber.

Android & Ios both are similar. Because of some reason the ios version isn't in live now. Just check the andorid version & take ideas. I will send source code for the Ios version later. Those who will bid, message me with your best quote with the timeframe.
