I need someone to create a Xamarin Android logic in C#:

1. The user selects a folder from a Windows computer using a folder dialog from his/her mobile.

2. This folder is scanned every 5 seconds for a new PDF file.

3. It notifies the user that a PDF file is added to the folder.

The source code must be completely documented using comments and nicely organized so that we can integrate this logic into our main App without much effort.

I want direct folder access using Server Message Block (SMB). I don't want any application to be installed on the server.
