Hello all,
I would like for someone to develop an Android app. The app is a small social network based on car's number plates and the ability for users to message each other. To speed up development I would like to use the [login to view URL] for all backend. So there is no requirement for setting up database/servers.
Please see the powerpoint slides for a basic layout of what I'm looking for. You do not need to do design but will be payed more later to integrate a design I give you. You can design the app with wireframe only until UI is in place at that point you can decide if you would like to integrate UI or not and will be payed more for extra work.
