The freelancer is going to develop an App for equity (profit shares, around 8%) in a startup not money (with a initial symbolic amount). The app has a very innovative interface not existent on the market and ahead in years in the future. I made previous apps on freelancer paying hundred of dollars but this time I'm willing to find a partner for my project. I will pay the amount of 50USD for project completion plus the equity of profit-only company shares of 8% that can be fully rebought later and based on results.
