finish android app (laravel) looking for workers working on holiday.

the server side and website writing in laravel php.
the app android writh in eclipse.
looking for good worker/team can done it fast and good result. the time is criticle so im looking who can work on holiday and start immidetly.
deadline - 2-4 dayes.
thos all the points need to do:
1) the app shuld be make the users after slash ([login to view URL]) and not with any subdomain (like instagram shuld be working)
2) the background shuld be fix - only one background on the web and on the responsiv browser.
3) need ramvove the www banner yellow from the app.
4) about us page need to add- text only
5) like number 2. the gallry page and personal icon page- the beckground look bed from web and from phone need fix that
6) password- if you dont have a pass is show you ramove pass- need ramove that bug. - already fixed. need to chack.
7) on login page forget pass - not showing. we need that option- i think is solve need to chack.
8) small problem with visual view - the logo avatar shuld be in the middle and like that.
9) need connect the app to the server side
