I am looking for an android app developer (Eclipse ADT) in order to improve an existing app. The app receives data via Bluetooth, displays the values and forwards them to a server.

Problem: Every time the phone goes in sleep mode, the app stops sending data to the server. The app automatically starts sending again when I wake up the phone. The same happens when I leave the app and do something else on the phone. Again, as soon as I return, the app starts sending again.

Scope of work: The app shall be modified in such a way, that the app is working (receiving and sending data) whether or not the phone is in sleep mode or running another app at the same time.

The finished App shall be provided in Eclipse ADT code format.
