iOS Webview App rejected, make it go live

We have an iOS Webview app submitted to the app store, however, it got rejected.
Goals:
1. Make necessary adjustments so that It passes the Apples Review team. We obviously wouldn't want to rewrite the entire app in Native. That's not in the budget.
Do not reply with a generic message. I won't reply. Please PM on how would you approach this problem.
Payment Release:
Only after successfully launching it in Appstore, won't pay if the app isn't live.
