Modify & Improve Property app ionic 1.

Hi,
I have a property app made with ionic 1 and i want to improve it functionality, design and Modify navigation between pages so i want to do this:
1) I want to improve the layout design
2) when open the app you will see a list of categories when click on one of them it display list of areas i want to change this when click on one of categories it will display all property post list in this category and i cam use filter icon at top to select one area or multiple areas also to select one sub area or multiple sub areas.
3) in property post details i need to improve how it display especially how to display images for property and navigate between them also how to select the location for property on the map.
4) when you open the app after splash screen it will display paid featured Ads on the app as slideshow but if there is no Ads to display instead display a specific image as default one also improve how Ads display in Ads section as a list or when display them in full-screen mode.
