Want to build a hybrid mobile application with product listing feature

The mobile app will list down a list of products (just like an e-commerce website). Where people can browse and search for a particular product. There should at least be a home page, a product listing page with sort/filter buttons and an individual product details page. I am not looking for SPA.
I want this app to be a hybrid mobile application (preferably built using ionic framework (ionic 3)).
