Write an Android application

We want a "camera" app that allows us to take a red-eye picture. Most smartphone cameras have a pre-flash that eliminates the red-eye effect in pictures of eyes. We WANT a red-eye effect.

1. App should allow both eyes to be positioned within a frame for photograph. This will position subject within a certain distance from camera for focus.

2. App should allow red-eye effect in pupils (no pre-flash).

3. App should work as an android download.
