Xtreme internal scheduler/ dispatch

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. See specifics below.

Custom application with my logo on it.

Must be mobile app that works on apple and android.

Must have admin panel that works on mobile, tablet, laptop and desk top

Must push my contacts from QuickBooks online into the platform and also invoices.

Must be a calendar to schedule crews in the field from the platform and gos track them.

Must have on mobile app simple command buttons for crew to select to update the schedule like “enroute”, arrived at job, prep complete, masking complete, stain complete, job complete as examples

Need on platform to have basic employee info to assign as two man crew together and do jobs together that could be half day or 2 days

Platform must let me build a basic work order from the quickbooks invoice to put on the assigned job schedule to assign crew to.

Also a note section on platform and mobile app for notes to the calendar for that specific job and picture of before and after of job.

On my current website, www.xtremeconcreteart.com. I want a client portal where each account gets an easy login name and password to see all the current and past invoices, pictures of before and after of job.

Also must have an estimate request button in the client portal and a warranty request for repairs.

Platform mobile app and client portal login all must have the option of instantly updating through text and or email the workers in the field the platform administrator and optional the client portal the updates as the crew clicked the button’s such as in route to job arrived at job etc.

Everything must update immediately with minimal delay going from the platform to the application to the client portal and back
