Repair BD and frontend Magento

We have truncate Var/cache on Mysql, after that we have problem with Magento Frontend, Backend is working ok.
We need:
- Repair this problem of database
- Optimise and revise our database
The problem when the web load is (you can check more one file):
There has been an error processing your request
Mage registry key "_singleton/catalog/layer" already exists
This is a puntual cooperation, but we need in the future manteinance of our magento, park more subdomains, etc... if we work good in this project we continue in the future.
