Sales Quote Generator and Current Inventory

There are 2 database applications, accessible online, that will need to be developed as modules of the same website. The website/applications will have a generic web-hosting service (that will support PHP and MySQL) .
For the first application (Current sales quote) you will need to create up to 100 templates that will have the same 17 categories, but different subcategories that will have several selectable options. A price will correspond for each selected option (the price will have to be extracted -ideally- from an Excel file that the client will change often) and a total will be calculated. The file generated will be saved in the DB and also emailed to the Admin and the User as an HTML or PDF. For the second application (Current Inventory + Search Inventory) a database structure will have to be developed. It will have a login for the registered users that will allow them to enter the products they have in their inventory; using up to 12 fileds of information (type-in and drop-down) plus an upload file option (JPG, PDF,DOC). There will be a Search feature only for the inventory of this user.
A second link to this module will allow visitor to see online a “Search inventory” webpage that has searchable fields (radio button and drop-down) for all the database with the inventory placed by all Users. Read more details in the attachment.
