I need [url removed, login to view] installed on a Google Cloud VPS

I need it done in a one-to-many config (one broadcaster, max 30 viewers). This has to be working on the cloud server, to the point where it is broadcasting end to end as in the demo) So whatever work is required to get it broadcasting end to end (TURN server to transverse NAT, storage etc. must be done as part of this project), see here:

Potentially a star config -- whatever works best for one-to-many, means 1 broadcaster and up to 30 viewers that do not interact with each other or the broadcaster (like a YouTube livestream, one broadcaster and viewers that only view)
When this is done I need it mapped to 2 subdomains with SSL. I will supply the SSL cert.

Payment after testing success on both URLs on https -- means system is working and broadcasting from one device on the broadcaster link to 10 devices on the view link.
Please apply only if you have experience with WebRTC installs and TURN server or other workarounds for NAT. Cloud VPS can be configured however you like.
