Cordova Expert to help in planning a mobile app reskin/improvement

Need a cordova expert to help with the preparing for a mobile app upgrade .. we bought a template app , and will soon need to change the dictionary/content and key graphic elements...
The simple job for now is clearly determining all these , understanding the app , and helping with the anslysis.
This phase will not include any final updates , just general analysis and help ... should be quite simple for someone with the experience..
In the coming phase we need to :
1) Reskin
2) Connect to a few other of our apps .. might include a web login
3) change content in the app (so basically prepare the csv / plist / dictionary files needed)
4) Ad integration (Chartboost / Admob / Adcolony)
For now just need to demonstrate knowledge of all this and prepare for our next phase. This milesteone will be used as a test ..
