Alter some Images

I have a set of 18 scanned photos from my wife's childhood that I would like restored, to give them to her as a birthday present. The scans are reasonably high quality/resolution. The images require:
- colour-balancing
- increasing contrast where detail has bled out
- restoring 'vividness' of colour where possible (while retaining 'vintage' look of photos)
- removing sun damage/fade
- where there is excess image around the people in the photographs, I would like this cropped
The images are only going to be used at 'standard' photo size or smaller (i.e. are not going to be 'blown up' to large photos or posters.
Not all of the images have all of the above problems, but I include one sample image that shows most of them - it requires colour-balancing, increased contrast, more vividness in colour, sun damage, and also needs to be cropped around the subject.
I need the images fairly quickly (no later than end of day on 7 October).
