Automatic Variable inclusion

I have an existing wordpress site with woocommerce plugin installed.
I need a script to automatically populate variable and drop it into a text box in the woocommerce shop page.
I have the woocommerce extension called "Product Add-ons" activated on my site.
Refer to screen shots:
Freelander Help Page A -
The poster reference appears on the screen and it is simply the variable "wpv-post-title" - referred to as point A
The customer then clicks on the any of the shop options and takes them into the option of that particular product - referred to as point B.
Freelander Help Page B -
I then need to variable to be populated into the field circled - referred to as point C.
I imagine this is a simple problem for an experienced wordpress user/programmer. I am neither :)
