26575 Link Directory Script

Hi, I'm looking for a script that behaves exactly like [url removed, login to view], if not, has to be pretty close. All it does is 1. checks to make sure the site is in google cache, 2. then checks if reciprocal link exists, 3. if the reciprocal links page is linked from homepage, 4. then the applicant gets his site submitted instantly. I'm looking for someone who has developed a script already to modify it to be like r-tt's directory. Please provide examples of your script, thanks.
