Looking for a ratemy to be built. Will include the following features: * Login and password (forgot password facility) * Submit new picture (with name) * Simple admin interface for moderators to delete pictures and comments. * Pass-on to friends facility. * Comment on others' pictures * Vote on others' comments on pictures * Voting on pictures (of course) * Importation of pic and comments collection ready to be used * Logging of user sessions and activity (for later analysis) There are one or two variations on the theme that don't increase complexity (I'm an advanced programmer myself - I know) but would prevent you from simply using existing software. A spec will be available next week. Payment will be: * 30% on covering all functionality without error * 30% on conforming to the design of the site (it's light on pictures, don't worry) * 40% once it's running live without error. All code must belong to me at all times and you must do it on one of my servers. If you bid, please show examples of other work you have done. If you plan to use any existing software, please advise what that will be. MySQL is ok but Postgres bids will be preferred if you have relevant experience.
