147667 USPS class

i need a simple usps shipping class that will connect to the usps api and get real-time shipping values.

The class should be written in php and be as generic as possible. You do not need to incorporate the class into our app. We do ask that you send an example file though, with the class implemented so that we can better see how you have it setup.

I am looking for someone who already has this sort of class written and is willing to sell it to me for a good price (less than $30 USD).
