Create a Copy of a Website

Hi,
I need you to crawl an existing website which has about 30.000 Sites and create a working "Offline Copy".
The Result should be a lot of statich html files, folders, images, stylesheets. The Offline Copy must under all Circumstances be fully working that is no broken links etc are tolerated. The Copy should look just like the online Version of the Site. You might have to crawl parts of the site that are visiblefor registered Users only. I will provide a password to you for these parts of the site.
